Privacy notice
This explains what we do with your details when you get in touch with us or have a system fitted.

Who we are
Tokali Limited (company number 17392298), 56 Kingscroft Drive, Welton, Brough, HU15 1FL. We're responsible for the personal information you give us. If you have a question about it, email tom@tokali.co.uk or ring 07555 638 193.
What we collect
When you fill in our estimate form, email or ring us, we keep your name, phone number, email address and postcode, plus the answers you give about your home, your electricity use and the work you're interested in.
If you go ahead with a survey or an install, we also collect your address, photos of your property, your electricity bills or meter readings, and the details needed for grid and certification paperwork.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote, because you've asked us to.
- To carry out the work, register your system and deal with warranties, as part of our contract with you.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping tax records and notifying your electricity network operator.
We don't send you marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your details.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to do the job:
- Your electricity network operator, such as Northern Powergrid, for the grid notification or approval.
- The certification company that registers your installation, so you receive your certificates.
- Equipment manufacturers, to register your warranties.
- Our accountant.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives estimate form answers for us, and Microsoft, which runs our email.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months. If we fit a system for you, we keep the job records for as long as your warranties last, and for at least six years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email tom@tokali.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.
